Do you use our (online) services, are you a relation of ours and/or do you have contact with one of the team members within GreenHolds BV? Then there is a good chance that we will store your personal data. We use this data to provide our services, to inform and to maintain relationships.

From whom do we collect this data?
We collect the data of everyone with whom one of our employees has (had) contact. We also collect data through our website portal. When you create an account in our portal, the specified data will be saved. We also collect data from potential new employees. When you apply during an application process or send us an open application, your data will be saved. We do not intend to collect data from website visitors younger than 16 years of age. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16 years of age. If you are convinced that we have collected personal information about a minor without this permission, please contact us at info@greenholds.eu and we will delete this information.
Why do we collect personal data?

We do not store your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary. We use the following retention periods. We take into account the possibility of returning our products in the context of sustainability:

- Business relations; 5 years after last contact.
- applicants; 1 year after submission of application.
Do you want to view, adjust or delete your data?
You always have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You can do this yourself at any time in your account in the portal. Recipients of our newsletter can view, adjust or delete the registration data at the bottom of the newsletter. We also offer the possibility to view your online file at all times and to request correction if this information is incorrect.
How do we protect your personal data?
We handle your personal data with the utmost care. We take the security of personal data seriously. We take appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access and unauthorized modification. We use secure systems to store data. If you have the impression that there are indications of abuse, please contact us as soon as possible.
